TOURS are for every level of fitness, along with the convenience of training at my studio, your home, or even your own back yard.
Each TOUR offers something unique to help you reach your individual goals. We’ll work together on a program to help you get stronger, faster, leaner or if you’re heading to the golf course we’ll design a plan to take your game to the next level.
Golf fit
Your golf performance starts here, not on the first tee. One-on-one customized programs for men and women in a safe clean environment.
Got a weekly foursome? Train together and save money with small group sessions. Trash talking encouraged.
summer fit
Fitness programs designed for weight loss along with strength and endurance training to keep you fit from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (and beyond!)
Winter Fit
Get ready for some long days on the mountains with this TOUR. We will work on core, legs, and the endurance needed for a full day on the slopes!

I started my TOUR in 1997, as you can see I was out of shape and unhappy. I found the fitness lifestyle so much more satisfying than beers, burgers, and fries. 20 years later, I still live the fit lifestyle and motivate others to do the same!
